About Us

Welcome to the HCPSS Judy Center Early Learning Hub!

All children will come to school ready to learn and prepared for success.

This is the vision of Judith P. Hoyer after whom the Judy Centers were named. She succeeded in shaping and enhancing the futures of thousands of students throughout Prince George’s county and Maryland. The partnerships she established with private agencies and public service providers improved school success through early intervention and comprehensive services to families with young children.

The HCPSS Judy Center Early Learning Hub, located in the Cradlerock Elementary School’s (CRES) attendance area, serves over 500 children and 250 families each year. Our goal is to help families help their children become ready for school and to establish a path to success in their school careers.

We serve families with young children (birth through age five). Our families live in the Cradlerock Elementary School attendance area, have children who attend Head Start or who have 4 year old children attending our Pre-Kindergarten and Regional Early Childhood Center programs.

The HCPSS Judy Center Early Learning Hub continues to offer virtual programming. See the calendar for programs and contact judycenter@hcpss.org for further information and registration.
